Returns Policy

To return a custom printed product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, please email us at info@kushstudio.co.uk and request one. In your email, be sure to include the date of your purchase, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once received, the RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: We accept returns for print failure. Upon receipt of your authorized return, we will inspect the garment. If the garment has been laundered contrary to the care instructions, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

What cannot be returned:

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • As all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size issues. Please consult the detailed size charts available on our site for each garment. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering.
  • All garment colours and fabric swatches shown online are approximate. Monitors display colour differently, and we cannot accept returns for minor colour variations. However, if the colour you receive is drastically incorrect (e.g., dark red instead of bright pink), we will gladly refund or replace the item.
  • Printing on fabric has inherent limitations. No textile printing method can perfectly replicate the high-resolution, backlit appearance of an image on an RGB monitor. Our process reproduces your design as closely as the medium allows. Differences in sharpness or vibrancy due to this process are not considered a defect.

Returns for refund or exchange: All returns, whether for a refund, exchange, or store credit, must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to return products to Kush Studio. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not reimburse return shipping costs.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support at info@kushstudio.co.uk to obtain your RMA number. Please state whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
  3. Send your package to our returns address (provided with your RMA authorization).
